No reason or IBAN is required to cancel. We do not need bank-account details to refund the original payment card. A purchase can be identified by other suitable information if the order number is unavailable.

Routine change-of-mind return pickup from Canada is not offered. This does not limit a remedy for a defective product. Read the return instructions separately; sending this form does not book transport.
