For the J92 generation, we offer sets for flush roof rails. You can recognize this type by the fact that it lies flush against the body along its entire length, with no space between the roof and the profile to slip your hand through.
If your car has a bare surface without this feature, the sets from this selection will not fit. If you are unsure, take a photo of your roof and send it to us; we will gladly confirm the mounting type for you.
The Lodgy is often used by families for long trips, when the interior is filled with passengers and luggage. The crossbars create a base on which you can mount a roof box, bicycle racks, or ski holders.
Once the box is loaded, expect a higher overall vehicle height, which is important when entering indoor garages and car washes. You must also include the weight of the crossbars and the box itself in the total roof load limit. The permissible roof load limit is specified in your vehicle manual.
Individual sets differ in the shape of the bars. If you already own a box or carriers with T-slot mounting in the crossbar, check whether the bars you have chosen feature this slot. Traditional U-bolts, on the other hand, require checking the profile width.
