Vehicles of this brand come from the factory with two different roof solutions. Smaller models like the DR 3.0 and DR 4.0 use raised rails that stand above the roof profile, allowing you to easily slip your hand underneath. Larger SUVs like the DR 6.0, DR 7.0, and F35 feature flush rails that fit tightly against the roof along their entire length. With the DR 5.0 model, you may encounter both variants.
Each of these solutions requires completely different feet and mounting kits. For raised rails, the crossbar is secured by clamping from both the outside and inside. Flush rails, on the other hand, require precisely shaped jaws that fit into the profile directly on the roof.
More compact models: DR 3.0, DR 4.0.

When choosing a roof rack, consider primarily how often and what you will be transporting. Aluminium crossbars with an aerodynamic profile are great for long highway trips because they create less air resistance and are quieter while driving. Steel bars have a square shape and robust construction, which is ideal, for example, when frequently transporting tools and building materials.
The method of attaching your accessories is also important. Most modern bike racks and roof boxes use a T-track in the crossbar, into which a T-bolt slides.
