There are two different mounting solutions for the Ford Ka+. The first is a bare roof, where nothing is prepared on the bodywork and the rack is secured under the door frame. The second variant is raised rails, which stand above the roof profile and you can easily slide your fingers underneath them. The mounting method differs for these two designs, so you need to proceed to KAF generation and select the category according to your roof.
The compact dimensions of the vehicle make cargo handling easier. You can comfortably reach the roof of the Ka+ directly from the ground, so you can secure bicycle racks without stepping on the door sills. If you plan to carry a roof box, check the boot opening after installation to ensure the tailgate does not hit the rear of the box when fully opened.
