The sets on offer belong to the third generation designated as Delta III, which was produced from 2008 to 2015. Manufacturers no longer supply crossbars for the older generations 831 and 836. When choosing, follow the production year in your vehicle registration document.
The third generation of Delta uses a bare roof attachment type. There are no protrusions on the bodywork, so the rack feet rest directly on the edge of the roof and the mounting kit is fixed under the door frame.
When choosing a rack, always read the package contents and the assembly procedure directly in the product detail, as individual sets from different manufacturers may have different components.
You can attach bicycle racks as well as a ski box or bags to the installed crossbars. The Delta has a smoothly sloping roof and a prominent tailgate. When positioning longer cargo, make sure that the box or skis do not prevent the boot from opening fully.
