The T9 generation hatchback has a bare roof without additional mounting elements. The rack therefore rests its feet directly on the edge of the roof and is secured with steel clamps behind the body frame in the door area.
Before each installation, clean and degrease the paint at the contact points. Dust or small impurities under the rubber pads could scratch the surface under load and vibration. The doors will then close onto the rubber seal over the clamps without limiting functionality.
