The Leon ST has been produced in two generations. The older variant is designated as 5F and was manufactured from 2013 to 2020. The newer KL generation started production in 2020. If your car was registered in 2020, verify the exact production year in your vehicle registration document. The roof shape changed during the generational update, so racks from one version may not fit the other.
For both generations of the Leon ST estate, solutions designed for flush rails are available. You can easily recognize this mounting type: it lies directly against the bodywork with no clearance underneath along its entire length. Although the rails look similar on both generations, their profile and angle differ, so each version requires a matching fitting kit.
