The fifth generation Combo E comes from production in various trim levels. On the roof, you will find either raised rails or flush rails.
With raised rails, you can easily slide your fingers between the rail and the roof because it stands above the bodywork with a gap underneath. Flush rails lie with their entire bottom side directly on the roof without any gap. If you are not sure, take a photo of the roof from the side and send us the picture; we will gladly help you identify it.
The Opel Combo E is a practical car with a taller body structure. When loading bicycles, building materials, or a roof box, you will appreciate a step or an open door, from which you can reach the center of the roof much more comfortably.
Keep the higher vehicle profile in mind especially when entering underground garages, car washes, or driving under low shelters. If you attach a box to the crossbars, the clearance height will increase, and it pays off to know the garage door limit in advance. Verify information about what exactly is included in the package of a specific rack in the detail of the selected product.
