The Toyota Verso offers great family space, but when fully loaded with passengers or packing for a long trip, every extra liter of volume counts. Choose your car's generation and view the crossbars prepared specifically for your roof.
Selecting a roof rack starts by identifying the production period from your vehicle registration document. The older P2 (I) generation was produced from 1999 to 2005, and the newer R2 generation covers the years 2009 to 2018. These two cars have different roof dimensions and mounting methods, therefore requiring completely different rack sets.
For the P2 (I) generation, you will find raised roof rails that stand above the roof and can be easily gripped by hand. The R2 generation was produced in two versions. It either features raised roof rails as well, or it has a bare roof without any elements. In that case, the rack feet attach under the door frame using a mounting kit shaped specifically for the bodywork.
The Verso can handle the transport of skis, paddleboards, and bikes. When loading bikes, you will appreciate the reasonable height of the car, as the frame is handled much easier than on tall SUVs. If you plan to carry a roof box, check the permissible roof load in your vehicle manual and remember that the total weight includes the cargo itself, the box, and the crossbars.
