The extended Peugeot Rifter Long offers a huge trunk, but for a family holiday or transporting long cargo, using the roof is also a great idea. Select the K9 generation and choose the setup according to the roof rails mounted on your car.
The extended Rifter Long version began production in 2018 under the K9 generation designation. Compared to the standard model, it has a longer wheelbase and a larger overhang, but the roof uses the same mounting methods. The year of manufacture stated in the vehicle registration certificate and the specific roof type on your vehicle are decisive for selection.
In our offer for the Rifter Long, we have setups for two different roof types. Raised rails stand elevated above the roof, allowing you to easily slip your fingers between the rails and the metal surface along their entire length. Flush rails lie directly against the roof with no gap underneath.
Before choosing feet and bars, just take a close look at the car. If you choose the correct mounting, the foot will fit the roof profile precisely.
The Rifter belongs to tall family cars, so when mounting the carrier and loading items, you will appreciate an open side step or a low folding stool. Especially when securing bicycles into roof holders or packing a roof box, stable access is a major advantage.
After loading your cargo, do not forget about the changed overall height. Pay particular attention to entrances to underground garages and height barriers in parking lots.
