The compact height of the car brings a great advantage when loading. When mounting bicycle racks or a roof box, you stand comfortably on the ground and do not have to reach over high thresholds.
If you plan to carry a longer roof box, open the trunk door all the way up before tightening the clamps. This avoids the tailgate hitting the rear of the box when opened.
