Our offer for the Volvo V70 is divided into two generations according to the production period. The second generation designated as P2 covers the years 2000 to 2007. The third generation designated as P3 was produced from 2007 to 2016. For the year 2007, please check the exact production date in your vehicle registration document, as a generation change took place during this period.
In our offer for both generations, we have kits for raised roof rails. A raised roof rail stands above the roof with a clear space between it and the surface, allowing you to slip your fingers underneath. The rack feet securely clamp around the rail and create a stable base for transporting cargo.
Thanks to the flat and long roof, you can load a large roof box for skis or several bike carriers side by side on the V70. When mounting the box, make sure it does not interfere with the opening path of the tailgate. Before driving, check the permitted roof load in the car manual, into which you must also include the weight of the crossbars and the box itself.
