The T-Roc is just the right size to have enough room for an ordinary week, but not quite enough for a holiday with bikes. Crossbars solve this in the most affordable way possible. However, there is one catch: the roof came in three versions, and which kit you need depends on that.
We carry setups for the first generation with the internal designation A1, production of which started in 2017. Volkswagen introduced a successor in 2025, so with a brand-new car, it is better to contact us; we add compatibility for the new generation separately. The manufacturing date from your vehicle registration document is what matters, not the year you bought the car.
For the T-Roc, we carry setups for raised roof rails, flush roof rails, and a naked roof. You cannot tell which version you have from the engine or the year; you need to look at the car. Raised rails stand above the roof and you can put your fingers under them, flush rails lie directly on the roof without a gap, and if there is nothing on the roof, it is a naked roof. Most commonly a roof box for holidays and bike racks. Bikes are loaded comfortably onto the T-Roc, the roof is not high and you do not have to stretch. With a roof box, expect the car to be a bit higher than you are used to, which will first show when entering an underground garage or a low courtyard.
